About us

Brown Biotech Paid Briefs are the company's flagship service lane: scoped, evidence-anchored research documents that turn a vague question into a clear next action. Every brief combines literature mining (PubMed, GEO, ClinicalTrials), target validation, IP landscape, and ADMET scoring into an 8–15 page PDF plus a structured dataset. We don't sell database access — we sell the reasoning layer on top of it.

What we offer

Sample Brief — fit check

Quick scoping conversation (₩0.3M–1M). Output: 2-page PDF confirming whether a paid brief is the right fit, and what the scope should be. 3 business days.

Paid Brief — focused scope

Decision-ready research on a single question (₩2M–8M). 8–15 page PDF + structured dataset (CSV/JSON). 5–10 business days. Includes one revision round.

Project Brief — full lane

End-to-end research + report + delivery for a defined biotech problem (₩8M–30M+). Multi-week engagement with review gates. Custom deliverable format.

Subscription Briefs — recurring

Weekly or monthly intelligence on a chosen topic (peptide CDMO pricing, IPF trial landscape, AI drug-discovery tooling, etc.). Starting at ₩4M/quarter.

Frequently asked questions

What's the difference between Sample and Paid?

Sample = fit check, 2-page PDF, ₩0.3M–1M. Use it to confirm scope before committing. Paid = full 8–15 page brief + dataset, ₩2M–8M, decision-ready. Both are scoped in writing before any payment.

What topics can you cover?

Anywhere inside biotech: target validation, IPF/fibrosis, NASH, oncology, peptide CDMO, AI drug discovery, longevity/senolytics, multi-omics, regulatory pathways. Outside biotech (e.g., medical device hardware) we refer out.

How is source quality ensured?

Every claim cites a DOI or URL inline. PubMed records are fetched via NCBI eutils with 4-attempt retry. Triangulation: ≥2 independent sources per major claim. Failed fetches trigger re-runs, not silent zeros.

Who has access to the brief?

Just you (and any email CCs you specify). Briefs are not republished or reused. We retain an anonymized topic and rubric score for internal QA only.

Can I publish the brief externally?

Yes — Sample Briefs are public. Paid Briefs are normally client-confidential but we offer a 'publishable' tier (₩+30%) for clients who want a public version with redactions.
